The four main parts of all these items are the saddle piece, the tube thickness adjuster, the threaded nut and the o-ring bushing and the sealing washer. Three-piece and four-piece manifolds in accordance with the EN 1852 (SN8) standard, must have smooth thread, EPDM sealing rubber, stabilizing rectangular collar, reinforcing bridges on the collar and main body for compressive resistance, markers on the body for ease of installation. and the guide on the collar and body should be in the direction of correct guidance and non-rotation.
The arch design on the sealing rubber is more suitable for a better fit on all sizes of pipes and sealing, but the R-shaped design of the edges of the sealing rubber inside the pipe is to prevent the accumulation of sediment behind the sealing rubber and also to prevent clogging. Use of sewage branching
In what cases is the three-way used and in what situation is the splitter used? Definitely, in places where it is possible to use a three-way, it should be given priority; Because the risk of using a three way is much less. If you cannot use a tee, you must choose a splitter. Installing a sewer branch is easier than a tee and it can be prepared much faster. Of course, keep in mind that the branch has a lower load bearing capacity than a tee due to the cut behind it and also its placement on the pipe. So keep in mind as a tip, only use the splitter in places where it is not possible to use a tee.
How to install the sewer
Installation of the sewer pipe junction is a delicate work and must be done carefully. To do this, a proper cut is created in the middle of the pipe by the grinder. Then, with PVC glue, all the parts around the cut and all the parts where the manifold is in contact with the pipe are smeared. After that, the manifold is placed on the pipe to create a cold joint between them. This method is suitable for installing simple splitters. The method of installing threaded splitters is different. To install this type of splitter, do the following steps in order:

Then he placed the branch body in an angle inside the pipe; So that the groove on the sealing rubber is on the outside.
The sewer pipe branch collar is placed on the grooves of the branch body according to the guide pins. It should be noted that the arrows on the collar of the splitter indicate the correct direction to assemble the interface of the splitter.
The tube thickness adjustment nut is installed on the body before closing the manifold connector.
